Technical Customer Services Support Role

The client is a service provider delivering hosted solutions to our clients within the media and entertainment marketplace.

They are looking for a Customer Services Administrator to work within the Technical Department managing the customer technical support system and liaising with clients.

The Role


* The role is to manage any support tickets and liaise with the client on solutions/response actions

* Allocating the tickets to individual engineers

* Customer facing

* Direct contact with the growing team of engineers

* Monitoring of the tickets to ensure they are dealt with in a timely manner

* Good written and spoken communication skills due to direct contact with clients

* Support escalation liaison with the Technical Director and Operations Manager


* Previous experience of a customer service role would be an advantage

* Good administrative skills

* Attention to detail

* General interest in Technology an advantage but not necessary

* Knowledge of the supporting ticket system Zendesk or similar would be helpful but not essential

* Able to work as part of a team in a busy environment

* Good organisation skills to be able to manage the system
