The Role - Behaviour Mentor Seeking a proactive and resilient Behaviour Mentor to support pupils aged 11-19 with social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs. You will work on a 1:1 and small-group basis, implementing behaviour support plans, promoting emotional regulation strategies, and helping pupils engage with learning. The role involves building positive relationships, supporting conflict resolution, reinforcing boundaries and contributing to a structured, calm and consistent learning environment.

The School - Behaviour Mentor This specialist provision is located in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets and is within walking distance of a nearby London Overground station. The school supports pupils with SEMH needs, providing personalised learning, strong pastoral care and targeted behaviour support to re-engage pupils with education. The school was judged 'Good' at its most recent Ofsted inspection in 2024.
