The Administrative Support Intern will perform a variety of business operational and clerical duties to support our Denver team. This position is a paid internship, work schedule will be 8am -2pm/Monday-Friday working a MAX of 29 hours a week.
The primary duties include, but are not limited to:
Make outbound calls as needed.
Incoming/Outgoing Mail correspondence
Scanning/Electronic Cataloging of loan documents
Additional administrative duties as assigned
Knowledge and Skills:
Intermediate computer skills
Excellent telephone and verbal communication
Work in a fast paced environment
Great customer service skills
Positive attitude and ability to multi-task
Strong organizational skills
