Salary:

Basic £20,000 - £25,000 DOE

OTE £30,000 - £35,000 OTE

We are looking for a motivated and highly organized sales negotiator to join an amazing brand based in Chigwell. Focussed on providing exceptional service they are committed to delivering on their promises. If you have at lease 6 months experience as a sales negotiator this may be the role for you.

• Provide quality customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients, customers, and other partners.
• Proactively source and identify potential customers, clients, and partners.
• Arranging viewings and carrying out open days
• Provide advice and guidance to clients regarding the sale and purchase of property.
• Negotiate sales
• Prepare, present and negotiate offers, counteroffers and other proposals.
• Keep up to date with industry trends and developments.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.

• At least 6 months knowledge of estate agency, property, and customer care skills.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.

Mon-Fri 8:30 - 6pm

Sat: 9 - 5pm

You will be given a day off during the week making it a 5 day week.
