Part-Time Payroll Administrator

  • Part-time (22.5 hours per week)
  • Location: Thame
  • Salary: FTE £30,000 - £32,750 per annum, depending on experience

Reed Accountancy are delighted to be partnering with an independent, family-owned company known for its commitment to core values such as family, respect, honesty, pride, and exceptional performance. They are seeking a part-time Payroll Administrator to manage payroll operations for various units using the iTrent system. Full training on iTrent will be provided. This role is fully office-based in Thame, offering flexibility in work days.

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Process payroll, including data collation, responding to employee queries, and preparing and uploading employee letters.
  • Scan payroll documentation and compile monthly reports.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll operations, enhancing employee satisfaction.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level and familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook.
  • GCSE in Maths at grade C or above.
  • A Level or BTEC as a minimum educational qualification.
  • At least 1 year of experience in payroll.
  • Experience with MHR iTrent is advantageous but not essential.
