Part-Time Payroll Administrator
- Part-time (22.5 hours per week)

Reed Accountancy are delighted to be partnering with an independent, family-owned company known for its commitment to core values such as family, respect, honesty, pride, and exceptional performance. They are seeking a part-time Payroll Administrator to manage payroll operations for various units using the iTrent system. Full training on iTrent will be provided. This role is fully office-based in Thame, offering flexibility in work days.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Process payroll, including data collation, responding to employee queries, and preparing and uploading employee letters.
- Scan payroll documentation and compile monthly reports.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll operations, enhancing employee satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate level and familiarity with Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook.
- GCSE in Maths at grade C or above.
- A Level or BTEC as a minimum educational qualification.
- At least 1 year of experience in payroll.
- Experience with MHR iTrent is advantageous but not essential.
