Staff Nurse (RGN) – Nights | £21.50/hr | 36 Hours per week

Our client, a bright and modern care home, is looking for an RGN-qualified Staff Nurse to join their dedicated night team. Specialising in elderly nursing care, including dementia support, this welcoming home offers a supportive and progressive environment for nurses who are passionate about making a difference.

As a Staff Nurse you will play an important role in ensuring residents receive safe, person-centred care. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced nurse who enjoys clinical autonomy in a calm, well-staffed setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with individual care plans
• Monitor residents’ health and respond swiftly to changes in condition
• Lead and support night care staff to ensure excellent standards are maintained
• Safeguard dignity, independence and choice for all residents
• Administer medication and maintain accurate clinical documentation
