We are seeking a dedicated KS2 Teacher to join our dynamic team in the Duxford area. This role is available on a full-time or part-time basis, with options for temporary or permanent positions, offering a competitive salary. Ideal candidates will be passionate about teaching and committed to the development of young minds.
Day-to-day of the role: - Plan, prepare and deliver engaging and informative lessons that meet the curriculum standards.
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching methods to suit individual needs.
- Foster a positive learning environment in the classroom that encourages student participation.
- Collaborate with other teaching staff to plan and coordinate lessons.
- Engage with parents and guardians to discuss their children's progress and needs.
- Participate in school events and activities.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching at KS2 level.
- Strong understanding of the current curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage and inspire students.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and teaching practices.
