We're looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team, supporting local Primary and SEN schools in Gainsborough with day-to-day classroom learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

Providing 1:1 or small group support to pupils across a range of abilities

Assisting with classroom activities, lesson delivery, and learning tasks

Supporting children with special educational needs in and out of class

Contributing to a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Assisting with personal care, when required

Requirements:

A positive, proactive, and caring attitude

Previous experience in a school or childcare setting is desirable

Willingness to support children with varying levels of need

Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one)

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience and make a real difference in local schools. There is also the potential for pay increases based on experience and long-term placement.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
