This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of £65,241 and a 3% bonus. After a 6-month probationary period, enjoy the flexibility of blended working with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Role Overview: As a Quantity Surveyor, you will provide professional quantity surveying support across long-term contracts and client projects. You will manage commercial matters, support a commercial project team, and ensure compliance with contract requirements to maximize profit delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead or support on a portfolio of contracts and client projects.
- Ensure project delivery teams observe contracts and meet deadlines .
- Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth project progression.
- Prepare tender documentation and conduct full tender analysis.
- Manage change control procedures and resolve contract issues.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in quantity surveying and managing varied contracts .
- Strong communication, teamwork, and stakeholder management skills.
- Professional qualification and/or membership of RICS, CIOB, ICES, or other relevant Chartered Institute is an advantage.
- Knowledge of SAP and Primavera P6 is a plus.
