We're working with a well-established main contractor that's built a reputation for quality work, and a culture where everyone pulls together. They're now looking for a Health and Safety Advisor to join their Lincoln-based team and help maintain the high standards that set them apart.

You'll be part of a small but expert Health & Safety team of under 10 people-collaborative, supportive, and driven. There's no hierarchy here-just a shared commitment to getting it right and looking out for one another.

As a Health and Safety Advisor you will be:

As a Health and Safety Advisor you will be visiting sites within a 1-hour radius of Lincoln
As a Health and Safety Advisor you will be carrying out site safety inspections and risk assessments
As a Health and Safety Advisor you will be ensuring full compliance with H&S and environmental standards
As a Health and Safety Advisor you will be identifying and addressing site issues, reporting back to the H&S team
As a Health and Safety Advisor you will be promoting a positive safety culture across all levels
As a Health & Safety Advisor you will have:

As a Health and Safety Advisor you will be 2+ years' experience in the construction industry
As a Health and Safety Advisor you will be NEBOSH General essential; NEBOSH Construction Certificate preferred
If you don't have the Construction Cert, CDM regulations experience is a must
As a Health and Safety Advisor you will be a proactive, site-focused mindset and strong attention to detail
