Alderbrook Care Home is a modern, purpose built care home located in Leeds, providing specialist Complex Care for up to 140 residents. The home supports individuals with complex physical and mental health needs within a safe, structured and supportive environment focused on dignity, wellbeing and person centred care.

Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) Contract

• £22.88 per hour
• Contracted to 42 hours per week
• Paid NMC fees, Paid breaks,
• Paid DBS, pension, uniform provided 
• 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract)

Role Overview
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a central role in delivering high quality, clinically led care to individuals with complex needs, including advanced dementia, mental health conditions and post surgical care requirements. This is a hands on role where your clinical expertise and judgement will directly influence outcomes and quality of life.

You will assess, plan and deliver care tailored to individual needs, including the management of complex conditions and recovery following surgical procedures. Monitoring physical and mental health, you will respond promptly to changes, ensuring safe, effective and person centred care at all times.

Working closely with the wider team, you will lead shifts, support care staff and ensure clinical standards are upheld. You will also work collaboratively with families and external professionals, maintaining accurate documentation and contributing to a well organised, high performing clinical environment.

What We Are Looking For

• Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) with an active NMC PIN
• Strong clinical judgement and decision making skills
• Experience in complex care, mental health or post surgical care is highly desirable
• Confidence in managing a range of clinical needs, including recovery and rehabilitation
• A team focused approach, supporting both residents and colleagues
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to delivering high quality, person centred care
