Warehouse Operative - Manufacturing & Packaging

Location: Hayes

Shift: 7am - 7pm (12-hour shifts)

Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour

The Role:

The Best connection are recruiting warehouse operative for a busy packaging manufacturer and supplier based in Hayes.

This hands-on role involves supporting the day-to-day running of the warehouse and production areas, ensuring smooth operation of machinery and efficient handling of goods.

Key Responsibilities:

• Loading and unloading deliveries of raw materials and finished products
• Feeding plastic sheeting into machinery to assist with the production of bubble wrap and other packaging materials
• Carrying out general warehouse duties, including packing, stacking, cleaning, and stock movement
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Working alongside machine operators and following health and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting is beneficial
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling tasks
• Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions
• Able to work effectively as part of a team

Shift & Pay:

• 7:00am - 7:00pm (12-hour shift)
• £12.21 per hour
