You’ll play a key part in supporting learners aged 16–19 on their personal and professional journeys -building confidence, employability skills, and qualifications that open doors for their future.This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on motivating and developing others, and who enjoys making a genuine difference in young people’s lives.What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver engaging and supportive learning sessions tailored to individual needs
• Design creative lesson plans using varied teaching methods to keep learners motivated
• Support learners to achieve their qualifications to a high standard and within set timeframes
• Encourage personal growth, confidence, and employability readiness
• Maintain accurate progress records and work collaboratively with colleagues to support learner success

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working as a tutor, coach, or mentor with young people
• Understanding of supporting NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) learners
• Minimum Level 3 qualification or equivalent
• GCSE Grade C / Level 5 or above in English and Maths
• A positive, engaging, and encouraging approach with a genuine passion for helping others succeed
