Are you hands-on with vehicles and naturally curious about how automotive parts work? This is a great opportunity to step into a technical, office-based role where your practical knowledge really counts.

An established and well-regarded automotive business is looking to add a Claims Inspector to their aftersales team. You’ll play a key role in reviewing warranty claims, assessing technical issues, and working closely with customers to resolve queries fairly and efficiently.

What you’ll be doing:

• Reviewing and assessing warranty claims with a technical eye
• Investigating component failures and identifying root causes
• Producing clear, professional technical reports to support decisions
• Managing claims through to completion within agreed timescales
• Liaising with customers and internal teams to explain outcomes clearly

What we’re looking for:

• Practical experience working with vehicles or automotive components
• A recognised qualification in vehicle maintenance or a similar discipline
• Strong technical understanding and attention to detail
• Confident written skills – able to explain technical findings clearly
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• A genuine interest in the automotive industry
