You will be working on some of the UKs most exciting projects, from commercial, education, industrial, office, residential, retail and leisure developments, working alongside a skilled multi-disciplinary team of architects, urban designers and masterplanners.

The ideal candidate should have:

Demonstratable experience as a Town Planner - with private sector being preferred
RTPI Chartered - or evidence of working towards chartered status
RTPI Accredited Masters
Understanding and knowledge of the UK Planning Process
Excellent communication skills, with experience in negotiation and a keen eye for detail

Within this role, you will have the opportunity to be a main point of contact for a wide range of projects across Scotland, whilst negotiating with a variety of clients and promoting development plan allocations for landowners and developers. Alongside this, you will have the opportunity to contribute to junior members of staff's learning, by mentoring the team and providing support when needed. Further, you will also be able to assist in the development of new business to aid the ever-growing company and will be provided excellent career progression.
