This is an excellent opportunity for a proven leader to make an immediate impact in housing and asset management.The Role:

• Oversee the delivery of planned investment and compliance programmes.
• Lead and support a team of surveyors to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to high customer service standards.
• Manage contractors, budgets, and performance, ensuring value for money and compliance.
• Drive improvements in service delivery and operational performance.

About You:

• Strong background in asset investment, construction, or property maintenance.
• Proven experience managing multi-site projects, budgets, and teams.
• Excellent project management, contract management, and leadership skills.
• Housing sector knowledge and customer-focused approach.
