We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join the dynamic commercial team of a Main Contractor based in Peterborough. Our client specialises in the design and build of affordable housing schemes and has a strong pipeline of work.

Key Responsibilities:

Procurement of all materials, plant and labour for the project including
Programme
Management and submission of planning applications
Design Management (if Design and Build contract)
Risk Management
Management of Sectional Agreements
Commercial management of subcontractors
Contract Management
Financial reportingRequirements:

Experience in affordable housing
Design and build experience
Construction related degree
Subcontract management
Risk management
Contract negotiation
Measurement
Value engineering
Microsoft officeQualifications:

Construction related degree or equivalent
