SEN TA Your new companyThis primary school is looking for an experienced qualified SEND Teaching Assistant. This long-term role will give you opportunities to broaden your knowledge and skills alongside developing your experience in a highly regarded environment within South Birmingham. With a 'Good' Ofsted ranking, the school prides themselves on high quality teaching and dedication in the development of their students.Your new roleThis full-time position requires you to work on a 1:1 basis with a child in Year 4, under the direction of the class teacher in the schools Inclusion Hub. Your typical day will involve 1:1 intervention with a child in Year 4 with Autism, however group work with other children is also required. This role is looking for an immediate starter.What you'll need to succeedThe ideal candidate will have a Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification, minimum. Prior experience and confidence in engaging with SEND children is required. A successful candidate will be adaptable and passionate about the learning and wellbeing of students.What you'll get in return
