Management Accountant

CTR Select are recruiting for a Management Accountant on behalf our client based in Addlestone.

Our client has built a strong reputation for service delivery, compliance, and long-term client partnerships. As the business continues to expand, they are looking to strengthen their finance function with the addition of a commercially minded Management Accountant.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, forecasting, and insight to support senior leadership and business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts with clear variance analysis.
• Produce financial reports and board packs including P&L, balance sheet and cash flow.
• Maintain cash flow forecasts and financial models.
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Assist with VAT returns, statutory accounts, and year-end audit requirements.
• Monitor credit control and working capital performance.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance systems and reporting processes.

Skills & Experience

Essential

• Qualified or part-qualified accountant
• Experience preparing management accounts.
• Strong financial analysis and forecasting skills.
• Ability to communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders.

Desirable

• Experience within recruitment, staffing, or contractor-based businesses.
• Experience supporting growing or scaling organisations.
