In the role of Recruitment Resourcer, you will work closely with the Directors sourcing candidates for client requirements. This is a 180 recruitment position. This role gives you a brilliant introduction into recruitment.

Responsibilities will include:

* Actively source candidates using various methods (job boards, database, headhunting, referrals)

* Pre screen and qualify candidates

* Compliance check

* Build and maintain strong relationships

* Generate active and passive candidates

Experience required:

* Sales or phone based professional experience would be advantageous

* Experience in recruitment is not essential

* Being able to work in a fast paced environment

* Good telephone manner

* Ability to multi-task

* This role is based in our Larkfield office and will involve travelling to our offices in Brighton and Nottingham with other members of the team.
