We're hiring a Mechanical Fitter to join a world-leading engineering company specialising in high-pressure gas systems for defence, energy, and transport sectors.

What's on offer:

Salary: £17.55ph (£33,775) rising to £23.93ph (£46,037) once trained/NDT qualified

37 hrs/week, Mon-Thurs 06:30-16:15

Overtime paid at x1.33 weekdays, x2 weekends

Deployment premiums: up to +75% for overseas work

Travel worldwide, with full support package

The Role:

Build, connect, and test high-pressure gas systems

Fabricate pipework (tube bending, nut/ferrule connections)

Calibrate valves and torque flange connections

Work from P&ID/GA drawings

Deploy to client sites in the UK and overseas

About You:

Level 3 Mechanical Engineering (minimum)

Confident reading technical drawings

Knowledge of pipe threads and connection types

Offshore medical & BPSS security clearance (provided)
