Salary: Up to £40,000 per year, plus overtime, van and benefits

If you can keep a supermarket running, you can handle a factory. We will help you make the step up. We are looking for experienced supermarket or commercial refrigeration engineers who are ready to progress into the high-demand world of industrial refrigeration.

You will join a respected, long-established business with strong contracts across the South East. We provide the training you need to work on ammonia and CO2 systems, along with ongoing support and clear career progression.

What's on offer:

Around £40,000 salary with overtime available to boost earnings further

Paid door-to-door so there is no unpaid travel time

Overtime paid at time-and-a-half and double time

Company van (Ford Transit Custom) available for personal use with mileage charged

25 days holiday plus bank holidays

Six weeks full sick pay followed by six weeks half pay

Private healthcare and death-in-service insurance

Company pension with 4% employer contribution

Standby rota participation after site familiarisation:

First man: approximately six times per year, £210 per week plus £60 per call on weekdays or £70 at weekends, plus overtime pay

Second man: approximately two times per year, £210 for Friday to Sunday night cover plus £70 per call, plus overtime pay
What we're looking for:

Supermarket refrigeration experience

F-Gas certification

Strong fault-finding skills

Full UK driving licence

Flexibility to travel and take part in the standby rota
