This position offers pay to scale + SEN 1 + TLR2i 

We are working with an evolving and growing alternative provision, providing full and part-time education and support to children aged 5 to 16. They provide a high quality, inclusive, safe learning environment in which to develop positive behaviours and skills for students who find mainstream difficult. They also offer a broad range of preventative programmes and support to enable students to access education in order for them to enhance their life chances beyond the college. Their staff work hard to ensure young people achieve the best outcomes they can by creating individual educational packages which meet their needs, and which equip them with the skills and attributes they require for their next destination. • A Skilled practitioner working with children and young people, and with a proven background in managing challenging behaviour.
• Experienced in working with KS3 and KS4 students and excited about the opportunity to work with our students.
• Relentless in your approach to both engaging our students in Learning and securing them the best academic outcomes.
• Highly motivated, with a passion for your subject
• Have bags of enthusiasm, patience and perseverance
• Able to offer another subject which would inspire and engage our students would be welcomed.
