Our client is looking for an experienced Warehouse Administrator Assistant to start immediately as a permanent member of staff.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Proven experience in warehouse administration or a similar role.
- Dealing with drivers and completing drivers sheets.
- Answering a busy phone line and dealing with delivery enquiries.
- Strong understanding of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Updating spreadsheets, processing late orders and setting up promotional paperwork.
Requirements:
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with logistics, shipping, and compliance regulations is a plus.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm.
