Your Role as a Science Teacher

As a Science Teacher at our school, you will:

• Teach Science across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with opportunities to teach A-Level if you have experience and interest in it.
• Plan and deliver inspiring lessons that are engaging, varied, and cater to different learning styles.
• Lead practical experiments and help students connect theoretical knowledge with real-world applications.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the Science curriculum is up-to-date, engaging, and accessible for all students.
• Contribute to extracurricular activities such as science clubs, trips, and competitions to further enhance students' learning experiences.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a Science Teacher who:

• Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Has a degree in Science or a related field, and a passion for inspiring students in the subject
• Is either an Early Career Teacher (ECT) or an experienced teacher with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality lessons
• Can challenge and support students of all abilities, helping them reach their full potential
• Is open to feedback and eager to develop professionally
• Is a team player who will contribute positively to the school community and academic success
