Are you an experienced and passionate Occupational Therapist or Speech and Language Therapist who specialises within ASD / ADHD / SEMH looking to make a real impact? We're seeking a HCPC registered clinician to join a dedicated team of professionals supporting children and young people with complex needs in a specialist educational setting.

About the Role:
You will be part of a highly skilled and integrated multidisciplinary team delivering outstanding therapeutic support to pupils with a wide range of needs, including developmental trauma, neurodevelopmental conditions, and special educational needs. The clinical model is deeply embedded within the school's ethos, enabling you to contribute not only to individual pupil progress but also to whole-school development.

Key Responsibilities:
Deliver therapeutic assessments and interventions tailored to individual pupils' needs
Collaborate closely with teaching, clinical, and pastoral teams to implement holistic support plans
Contribute to integrated planning meetings, reviews, and whole-school strategies
Maintain accurate, professional records in line with HCPC guidelines
Support staff training and reflective practice to enhance therapeutic approaches across the schoolAbout You:
HCPC registered as an Occupational Therapist or Speech and Language Therapist
Experience working with children or young people with SEN, SEMH, and/or neurodivergent profiles
A reflective practitioner with strong communication, collaboration, and clinical reasoning skills
Passionate about delivering child-centred, trauma-informed care in an educational environmentWhat We Offer:
