Responsibilities:

• Monitor employee performance metrics and quality standards.
• Conduct regular quality reviews and provide actionable feedback to team members.
• Develop and implement coaching plans tailored to individual employee needs.
• Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement within teams.
• Collaborate with team leads to ensure alignment on quality expectations and goals.
• Facilitate training sessions focusing on best practices and quality standards.
• Create and maintain documentation related to quality assessments and coaching sessions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Quality Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in quality assurance or a similar analytical role.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics and quality assessment techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coaching.
• Ability to analyze data and convert it into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in using quality monitoring tools and software.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
• Fluent in English and Swedish

Salary: €33000 p/a
Bonus: up to 10% paid quarterly
