We are looking for an experienced Technical Support person for a well-established company in the North Tyneside area.

Role

* Being a first point of contact for installation engineering queries.

* Offering troubleshooting advice via phone or teams

* Training installers

Requirements

* Ideally having held a technical support role for a company with installation teams

* A good understanding of electrical systems, or technical mindset around this.

* Have excellent communication skills, able to explain complex systems

* Strong problem solving skills, transparency and willing to go the extra mile

* Must have excellent spoken and written English to be considered.

This is not a software support role; we are looking for people with an electrical or electronic bias.
