Job Title: Senior Production Engineer / CAD CAM Programmer

Our client is a leader in the manufacturing industry, specializing in cutting-edge technology and innovation. We are looking for a motivated Senior Production / CADCAM Engineer to join the team and contribute to our ongoing success.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop CNC Programs for 4 & 5 axis machines, Multi-Axis Turn-Mills using Siemens NX & Vericut and Create CNC Grinding Programs for various grinding machines.

* Manage New Part Introduction for prototype and production projects.

* Define manufacturing routings and BOM using SAP ERP.

* Design fixtures and tooling for NPI projects.

* Support departmental training and progression.

* Estimate production times and costs.

* Identify cost-saving opportunities

Candidate Profile:

* Machining/programming complex components in the Automotive/Aerospace industry.

* NX CAD/CAM system.

* Vericut

* SAP ERP

* Engineering Qualification (HNC or higher).

* Machining/cutting and inspection techniques.
