• 37.5 hours per week

• Monday to Friday

• Rotating shifts (rota provided):

  • 08:00 - 16:00

  • 09:00 - 17:00

  • 10:00 - 18:00

• Contract length: 12 weeks

The Best Connection Tamworth is recruiting Call Centre Operatives for one of the UK's largest vehicle glass repair and replacement specialists, based in Tamworth.

This is a non-sales role with NO cold calling. Full training is provided, making this an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to gain call centre and customer service experience in a professional office environment.

• Handling incoming calls from members

• Delivering excellent customer service and resolving queries

• Liaising with engineers via telephone and email to ensure jobs are completed efficiently

• Updating systems accurately with call and job information

• Assisting with general office administration, including:

  • Filing

  • Copying

  • Basic data entry

• Using Microsoft Word and Excel.

• Confident and polite telephone manner

• Strong customer service skills

• Good communication skills, both written and verbal

• Basic IT skills (Word & Excel)

• Reliable and punctual

• Weekly pay (every Friday)
