About the Role:

Work closely with teachers to support students across Key Stages 3 and 4.
Provide one-to-one and small group interventions in core subjects, particularly English, Maths, and Science.
Support students with varying needs, including those with SEND and EAL.
Assist in classroom management, lesson preparation, and administrative tasks.
Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.About You:

A degree holder (minimum 2:2), ideally in a relevant subject.
A passion for education and a genuine interest in supporting young people.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Adaptable, proactive, and eager to learn.
Previous experience working with young people (desirable but not essential).
