CRA Consulting is delighted to be working with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Buxton as they look to appoint an experienced Private Client Locum Solicitor to support their busy team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a friendly and respected high street practice that has built a strong reputation locally for delivering high-quality legal advice and exceptional client care. The initial assignment will run for approximately three months, although there is a strong possibility the role could be extended depending on business needs.

You will support the firm's Private Client department by managing a varied caseload including: * Wills and estate planning* Probate and estate administration* Lasting Powers of Attorney* Trusts and inheritance matters* Advising clients on succession and wealth planning The caseload will be manageable and supported by an experienced team.

* Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with Private Client experience* Ability to manage a caseload independently* Strong client care and communication skills* Someone able to start relatively quickly The firm would ideally prefer the role to be office based in Buxton, however they are happy to consider part-time or flexible working arrangements for the right individual.

* £45 - £50 per hour depending on experience* Initial 3 month contract with potential extension* Opportunity to work with a well-regarded Derbyshire law firm* Supportive and collaborative working environment
