Day-to-Day of the Role: - Collaborate with families, foster carers, and other professionals to develop and implement tailored care plans.
- Conduct assessments and provide support to ensure the well-being and development of children in care.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on child progress and care activities.
- Participate in training and development sessions to enhance professional skills and knowledge.
- Engage in reflective practice and supervision to improve service delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - BA or MA in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work, or equivalent recognised qualification.
- Registered with Social Work England.
- Experience working with children and families, preferably as a qualified social worker.
- Strong relationship-building skills with children, families, colleagues, and partner agencies.
- Ability to analyse information effectively and write high-quality assessments.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Resilience and motivation to support families and children in challenging situations.
