Role Overview:

As a Carpenter / Junior Construction Manager, you will support senior site and project managers in planning, coordinating, and overseeing construction activities. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone with foundational construction experience who is eager to develop their skills and step into a management career path.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in day-to-day management of construction sites
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff
Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are upheld
Help monitor project progress and quality control
Attend site meetings and assist with reporting and documentation
Resolve minor site issues and escalate concerns when needed
Requirements:

Carpentry background is essential
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to read and understand plans and technical drawings
Basic understanding of health and safety regulations
