CNC Miller – Programmer / Setter / Operator Willenhall £35,000 – £45,000 (DOE) Precision Engineering / Aerospace CNC Miller – Programmer / Setter / Operator We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Miller to join a well-established precision engineering company supplying the aerospace sector. This role will suit a skilled machinist with experience programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines who enjoys producing high precision components within a quality-driven manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for producing components from engineering drawings, programming machines, setting tooling and ensuring parts are manufactured accurately and efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Program, set and operate CNC milling machines

• Manufacture precision components to tight tolerances

• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications

• Select tooling and optimise cutting parameters

• Ensure maximum material utilisation and minimal waste

• Carry out first-off inspections and quality checks

• Maintain accurate production documentation

• Ensure all work is completed in line with health & safety procedures

Essential Experience

• Experience programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines

• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

• Experience working within precision engineering / aerospace / high-spec machining

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Desirable Experience

• Experience with Heidenhain controls

• Knowledge of tooling and cutting strategies

• Basic machine maintenance knowledge

• Forklift / counterbalance licence
