Are you an experienced Occupational Health and Wellbeing professional excited to play a key role in delivering our Health and Wellbeing Strategy? Are you excited by the opportunity to lead and inspire your team to deliver and evolve the service to meet the requirements of a diverse workforce? We're seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Occupational Health Advisor to join our in-house Occupational Health and Wellbeing team — a rare opportunity to shape the future of workplace health while practicing autonomously.

Your role

In this role, you'll lead our multidisciplinary OH team, which includes nurses, technicians, and coordinators. You'll manage day-to-day service delivery, deputise for the Head of Health and Wellbeing, and ensure business KPIs are met — all while maintaining a 50% clinical caseload.

You'll supervise the operation of the team, liaising with external providers and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to deliver our newly developed Health & Wellbeing Strategy. This is a diverse and rewarding role where your leadership will directly impact the health, safety, and resilience of our workforce.

What you'll bring

Have proven experience in Occupational Health, ideally within operational, construction or manufacturing settings

Be a qualified specialist community public health practitioner - occupational health (SCPHN (OH))

Have experience managing health and wellbeing initiatives and projects

Have strong team management skills with the ability to meet KPIs and ensure efficient service delivery

Be competent in health surveillance and case management across a range of conditions

Be aware of current health and wellbeing legislation

Have basic IT skills (Excel, Word); experience with OH systems preferredHave a full UK driving licence and access to a car
