The Role - English Teacher

* Teach English Language and Literature across Key Stages 3 and 4 (KS5 available for suitable candidates)

* Deliver creative and inclusive lessons that ignite a love for reading, writing, and critical thinking

* Support students of all abilities to progress through high-quality teaching and targeted intervention

* Plan, mark, and assess in line with curriculum expectations and departmental policies

* Engage with the wider school community through form tutoring, CPD, and enrichment

About You - English Teacher

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or completing a PGCE/QTS by summer 2025

* Degree in English, English Literature, or a related subject

* Confident teaching the English national curriculum across KS3 & KS4 (AQA experience preferred)

* Committed to high expectations, strong behaviour management, and inclusive practice

* Passionate about promoting literacy and helping students find their voice

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
