Level 3 Teaching Assistant

• Location: Stockton-on-Tees
• Full-Time - Long term temporary (5 days p/week)
• School hours (typically 8-4 but may vary)
• Pay - approx. £95 - £110 p/day
• Mixed Secondary School (11-16)
• Start Date: ASAP / September 2025

Are you a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Teaching Assistant looking to make a positive impact in secondary education? We are currently seeking an enthusiastic TA to join a welcoming and supportive mixed secondary school in Stockton-on-Tees on a long-term temporary basis.

About the Role:

• Supporting pupils aged 11-16 across a range of subjects
• Working with students on a 1:1 basis, in small groups, and within the classroom
• Supporting learners with additional needs (SEND experience desirable)
• Collaborating closely with teaching staff to deliver high-quality learning experiences

Requirements:

• Level 3 TA qualification (or equivalent)
• Experience working in a secondary school setting is highly desirable
• A patient, proactive, and flexible approach to supporting young people
• An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one)
