About the Role:As Financial Controller, you will be the right hand to the senior leadership team, ensuring the company's financial health while supporting operational decision-making. You'll have full responsibility for financial management, reporting, compliance, and analysis, with a focus on continuous improvement in a manufacturing setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of financial control, management reporting, and statutory compliance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Partner with operational teams to improve efficiency, cost control, and profitability.
• Manage month-end and year-end processes.
• Ensure accurate inventory and cost accounting.
• Drive process improvements across finance and operations.

About You:

• Fully qualified (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) with proven manufacturing finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting, stock control, and ERP systems.
• Commercially focused with excellent problem-solving skills.
• A confident communicator able to work closely with operations and senior management.
