Your new role
You'll be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing pupil progress, and fostering a positive learning environment. Depending on your experience and preferences, roles may include:

Full class teaching responsibilities
Subject-specific teaching (e.g., English, Maths, Science)
SEN and behaviour support integration
Collaboration with teaching assistants and support staff

What you'll need to succeed

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Experience teaching KS2 and/or KS3 pupils
A proactive and adaptable teaching style
Strong classroom management and communication skills
A valid DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply
