This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual looking to further develop their career within the residential housing sector, working on traditional build housing projects.

The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience within the residential housing sector, with a solid understanding of cost control and commercial processes and experience working with subcontract packages.

Depending on experience the salary expectations are £45k/65k.
