Position Overview: Are you a dedicated and skilled primary teacher with a passion for teaching Key Stage 2 (KS2)? If so, Accelerate Teaching has an exciting opportunity for a KS2 Teacher to join one of our client primary schools in the Wakefield area. We are currently seeking an experienced KS2 Teacher to fill a full-time position at an Ofsted-rated 'Good' Primary School starting in September 2024.

Role Responsibilities: As a KS2 Teacher, you will play a crucial role in shaping the academic and personal development of students within this vibrant primary school community. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Planning and delivering engaging and differentiated lessons across the KS2 curriculum.
  • Creating a stimulating and inclusive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and personal growth.
  • Employing effective behaviour management strategies to maintain a positive and productive classroom environment.
  • Assessing student progress and implementing targeted interventions to support individual learning needs.
