• Attracting, resourcing & interviewing top talent
• Building lasting relationships with candidates & clients
• Winning new business & growing existing accounts
• Managing compliance, payroll & admin
• Working to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Visiting clients & representing the business
• Participating in the on-call rota
