Working in a pork processing environment, you will be working on fast-paced lines, cutting shoulders, legs and belly meat ready for transfer to the preparation departments for packing and labelling. Responsibilities include:

Precise cutting of shoulder, leg and belly meat following onsite slaughter;
Continuously checking the quality of products on the line;
Complying with Food Safety and Quality procedures at all times;
Following required work instructions and procedures;
Maintaining a clean and safe environment.You will:

Possess previous butchery experience, preferably in Pork;
Be able to work to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment;
Have a positive attitude and work ethic;
Be able to work as part of a team;Pay rates:

Grade 4: £11.67/h overtimes £14.59/h

Grade 3: £12.44/h overtimes £15.55/h

Grade 2: £3.30/h overtimes £16.63/h

Grade 1: £14.30/h overtimes £17.88/h
