In this role, the successful IT Support Engineer has a chance to provide effective IT support by dealing with client tickets at a fast pace as well as being a team player who professionally conducts themselves, is process driven, and has good attention to detail.

The Ideal IT Support Engineer will have a strong interest in IT as well as being a confident individual who will be able to communicate well with clients as well as colleagues.

The Role:

• Resolve incoming problems efficiently and effectively
• Identify re-occurring problems and deliver a lasting solution
• Traveling to client site and installing software
• Rotating shifts weekly (week 1: 8:00 - 4:40, week 2: 9:00 - 5:30)

The Person:

• A keen interest in IT
• The ability to take control of situations and produce solutions
• Good communication skills
