We're currently working with a leading specialist in the pump and engine sector who are looking for a Mobile Fitter to join their team in the Leeds area, covering both branch and on-site customer locations.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a hands-on role, carrying out diesel engine repairs, diagnostics, and pump maintenance. You'll be part of a skilled team, with the chance to develop your expertise in a niche industry while enjoying excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out repairs, fault-finding, and diagnostics on diesel engine equipment at customer sites and in the workshop.
Conduct regular servicing of pump fleet equipment.
Work safely at all times, adhering to PPE and company safety standards.
Communicate effectively with colleagues and customers.
Complete daily vehicle defect reports and maintain high standards of housekeeping.
Accurately record tasks and job completions via tablet.

Skills & Experience:

NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent experience.
Proven experience working with engines or in a mechanical engineering environment.
Experience on site and in a workshop is beneficial.
Willingness to learn, grow, and take on new skills and training.
Full UK driving licence (with 6 points or less).
