The name of our firm is Appreciation Financial, #removed# . We're coming up on our ten year anniversary, and we're the biggest player in our niche. Our niche is the 403b marketplace. A 403b is like a public 401k offered to public employees to save for retirement. It's real simple: we work with teachers and staff of public schools advising and enrolling them into supplemental retirement plans. We represent district approved carriers and have payroll slots that allow us to be on campus and sell retirement plans in the schools.
What does this mean for you? We individually uncover millions of dollars of retirement assets a month that are typically not in the best plan for their retirement goals. We then educate them and move it into a more appropriate solution. They're happy, we're happy, and we make a lot of money. We're able to move qualified retirement assets on clients under 60, still working, and currently funding their plan. This is very special position to be in, you'll appreciate this if you have experience in the retirement market.
What can you earn? Several of our top advisor's have earned over $100,000 in a month, and in a quarter. Of course, this all depends on you, as we know income is determined by the person a lot more than by the position.
Here's who we're looking for. A candidate that's already developed, meaning, is disciplined, has good habits, can follow directions, is self motivated, meticulous, fast learner, ambitious and has the income history to prove it. If you haven't yet earned over $80,000 in a year in commissions (1099 not W2), we're not ready for each other yet.
We will not micromanage you, pick up the ball when you drop it, motivate you to go to work, teach you how to sell, or do the work for you.
We will, however, provide you with the resources, training, guidance, and track to hit your income goals then get out of your way and let you earn!
