Planning Officer - Wales | 5-5-4 Shift

Volantes Technical Recruitment are seeking an experienced Planning Officer to support aircraft maintenance activities within a Part-145 environment, working a 5-5-4 shift pattern in Wales.

This role is responsible for planning and coordinating aircraft maintenance activities within a Part-145 environment, ensuring work scopes are delivered efficiently and on schedule.

Key responsibilities include:

Reviewing maintenance work scopes for capacity and feasibility

Issuing daily workloads to maintenance teams

*

Identifying material and tooling requirements

*

Creating, staging, and planning work orders

*

Ensuring resource availability across planned tasks

*

Management of technical records and publications

Requirements:

*

3+ years' experience in aircraft maintenance planning within an airline or MRO environment

*

Strong knowledge of EASA and CAA Part-M and Part-145 regulations

*

Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks under pressure

*

Strong communication and team coordination skills

*

Advanced MS Excel skills

*

MS Project experience advantageous

*

Fluent in English
