As Head of Fleet, you'll manage over 1,000 vehicles across Ireland, the UK, and the Caribbean, ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and safety. This is a high-visibility role offering the chance to shape and implement fleet strategy across the business.
Your Responsibilities:Oversee the day-to-day management of a diverse fleet across multiple geographies.
Deliver monthly fleet reports to senior finance and operations teams.
Manage vehicle procurement, maintenance, compliance, and vendor relationships.
Implement fleet policy, safety standards, and efficiency initiatives.
Lead and develop a team while driving continuous improvement in fleet KPIs.
About You:5+ years' experience in a senior fleet role, with HGV/trailer oversight.
Holder of a Transport Manager CPC and a full clean driving licence.
Strong reporting, compliance, and vendor management experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office with excellent communication skills.
A strategic, solutions-focused leader who thrives in a collaborative environment.
For this position you need to be based in Ireland Dublin and be open to work 5 days per week onsite.
