Your role as a Learning Support Assistant - Kingswood - Provide one-to-one and small group support for students who need extra help in the classroom.

- Support students with special educational needs or those facing personal challenges.
Who we're looking for - Passionate about education and helping young people succeed.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Calm, patient, and able to support students in a positive and encouraging way.
- Experience working with young people (e.g., tutoring, mentoring, coaching) is beneficial but not essential.
- Experience as a Learning Support Assistant is desirable but not essential
